Manga Girl | Weight Lifting

Usually, I cannot find a lot of cool and stylish people in the weight lifting scene. But Wang Mingjuan is different. She just reminds me to a Manga girl and thus she gets my sympathies. However, this lovely girl is great in weight lifting too, She took the gold medal winning both Snatch and Clean and Jerk categories at last weeks world championships. Believe it or not, but she lifted with 98kg more then twice here body weight of 48kg.

X-Alps | Extreme Sports

The concept of Red Bull X-Alps is simple:  Fly or hike from Salzburg to Monaco as fast as you can, negotiating turn-points along the way. Carry your flying equipment all the times, as you hike across 3000m high mountains or fly over turbulent glaciers and hostile peaks. The race goes on day and night, sun or snow, until the first pilot reaches the goal. Check the official trailer!

Here some impressions:

Oh man, what I miss the mountains!!

Tideland Race | Horse Sports

The tidelands race on the ocean bed in front of the North Sea baths of Duhnen must be the only one of its kind in the world. Since 1902, trotter and gallop races are held there. It is fantastic to see the powerful horses galloping over the tidelands, when water splashes, the ground flies up high and the horses and their jockeys hardly look the same at the end as at the start!
